Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of RankRescuer at rankrescuer.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

RankRescuer connects to your Google Search Console account with read-only access, monitors your sites’ search performance, explains likely causes of changes, and suggests fixes. RankRescuer is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You may only connect Search Console properties you are authorized to access. Keep your login secure and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others.
  • Try to access other users’ data or bypass security, rate limits or plan limits.
  • Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Create accounts automatically or in bulk.

4. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google Search Console or delete your account at any time.

5. Plans and payments

  • The free plan includes one site. Paid plans are priced by the number of sites.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Insights, not guarantees

RankRescuer’s findings are based on data from Google and other providers, which can be delayed, sampled or incomplete. Likely causes and suggested fixes are guidance, not guarantees. We don’t control Google’s rankings, and you decide what changes to make to your sites.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, and may sometimes be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RankRescuer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost traffic, revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and email account holders before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
